We will measure the curvature of your cornea so that the contact lenses fit your eyes perfectly.
Choosing contact lenses
With all the information, we will recommend the best options and choose some trial contact lenses.
Learning how to use
We will teach you how to put in and take out your contact lenses without any problems. We will also give you all the tips you need to clean and care for them properly.
Trial contact lenses
We will fit your contact lenses at the optician’s and ask you to wear them for 15-30 minutes, or even to go out for a walk.
Periodic review
In 7-14 days, we will meet again to make sure everything is going well. We will check that the contact lenses are properly fitted and that your eyes are accepting them perfectly.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get used to contact lenses?
It depends a little on each person, but normally the adjustment period ranges from a few days to two weeks.
Do you really need contact lenses?
Generally yes, your eyes and prescription can change, and it is important to have your lenses adjusted every year to ensure that they are comfortable and meet your needs.
How many hours a day can contact lenses be worn?
It is recommended to wear them for between 8 and 12 hours a day. Wearing them for longer than this can lead to dry eyes, red eyes, eye strain, infections and, in the worst case, temporary blindness.
